You can see that we are a fantastic conference and events centre, but we are also Head Office for Yeo Valley, the family-owned dairy company. Yeo Valley's ethos of being organic and sustainable, runs through everything we do.

• We are proud that we heat our centre with a boiler fuelled with homegrown Miscanthus, or Elephant Grass as it is otherwise known
• We use low energy lighting in all of our bulbs, and if you're not in there, we'll switch it off!
• We travel between our sites in Electric Smart Cars
• Wherever possible we use organic produce, and if it is not homegrown you can guarantee that we have sourced it locally

We really are a real place in the West Country and plan to stay here forever.
